Anubias Congensis (Anubias heterophylla) is an Anubias species that is becoming more well-known in the aquarium hobby due to its attractive appearance, durability, and ease of care. Its deep green, thick leaves stand out and provide valuable refuge for aquatic animals. Unlike the more "round-leaf" species, cultivars, and hybrids of its genus, it has much longer, more pointed leaves as apposed to the Anubias barteri and "Nana" Like virtually all Anubias plants, it is extremely hardy, undemanding, and can thrive in a variety of water parameters.
