Introducing the DT Swiss ARC 1100 DICUT 3rd Generation Racing Wheels

Designed to dominate, not follow—the ARC line of cutting-edge DT Swiss racing wheels is engineered for riders who take control of the race. The 2nd generation ARC wheels proved themselves at the highest levels of professional road and triathlon racing. Now, DT Swiss pushes performance even further with the 3rd generation ARC 1100.

Next-Level Innovation & Aerodynamics
Manufactured in DT Swiss’s European facility, the ARC 1100s feature a fully proprietary carbon rim developed alongside aero specialists at Swiss Side. Extensively tested at the renowned GST wind tunnel in Germany, the result is a rim that combines depth with unmatched crosswind stability.

The new hybrid V-shaped rim profile is optimized for 28–30 mm tyres and boasts a 22 mm internal width. This design enables deeper rims without compromising control, even in gusty conditions.

Refined Carbon Engineering
Advances in DT’s in-house carbon lay-up process result in a precision-molded rim with a flawless “out of mold” finish—no cosmetic layer required. Every rim is internally scanned to verify the exact placement of each carbon layer, ensuring consistency and structural integrity.

Despite being deeper and wider, the new ARC 1100s are up to 158 grams lighter per pair than their predecessors.

Elite Hubs & Components
At the heart of the ARC 1100s are the elite DICUT 180 hubs with 36-tooth Ratchet EXP and SiNC ceramic bearings—lightweight, low-drag, ultra-reliable, and easy to service.

DT Swiss and Swiss Side’s research into rotational drag has also led to the use of Aerolite II spokes across the wheelset for maximum aero gains.
