At the heart of the First Wave is a built-in multi-stage filtration system with a multi-directional outlet. This system ensures optimum water quality and minimal maintenance through fine and coarse filter sponges, ceramic bio-rings, and activated carbon for crystal-clear water. The integrated low-voltage DC protein skimmer provides quiet, efficient removal of organic waste, while the DC return pump offers powerful and safe water circulation. With just one plug powering the light, skimmer, and pump, setup is clutter-free and straightforward.

The aquarium comes with a low-voltage DC Reef-Ready LED light that replicates natural light cycles — sunrise, daylight, sunset, and moonlight — creating the perfect environment for corals and marine life. The 48L tank features 34 LEDs, while the 78L tank houses 54 LEDs, both delivering brilliant illumination at 14,000K colour temperature.

Every First Wave set includes the essentials: aquarium tank with built-in filtration, cover with feeding port, filtration lid, DC LED lighting, DC protein skimmer, DC return pump, PSU, filter pads and sponges, ceramic bio-rings, pipework, and fittings.
